They solve problems algebraically involving rational equations; investigate exponential, logarithmic, polynomial, and sinusoidal functions; and research and present a mathematical topic of their choice. Prerequisite: Math 20-2: 50%. * Students under 20 years of age as of September 1 of the current school year who register without the prerequisite class will be withdrawn from class without notice. The $75 fee is non-refundable. Students taking this course must write a diploma exam according to the provincial assessment calendar.
