LINC is free to all newcomers (permanent residents) to Canada who are not Canadian citizens. LINC is offered in five levels, from complete beginner to Level 5. You will receive language training, orientation to the community, Canadian cultural experiences, and assistance in helping you develop the skills you need to live in a Canadian community.
